INVENTORY ANALYST

- Egg Harbor Township location

Accredited Home Elevator is seeking an experienced full-time Inventory Analyst to join our growing manufacturing team in Egg Harbor Township NJ. In this role, you will be directly responsible for duties including inventory management, discrepancy resolution, inventory adjustment, receiving goods, barcode system, and reporting. Ideal candidate will work closely with our accounting team, manufacturing managers and warehouse team members in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for inventory management and database.
  • Determine minimum/maximum inventory levels based on historical and current data.
  • Utilize inventory management system to organize, assess and maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw and finished goods.
  • Issue re-order points for raw and finished goods.
  • Coordinate and assist with inventory physical and cycle counts, spot counts and month end reconciliation process, research any variances and authorized appropriate inventory adjustments.
  • Responsible for all data-entry associated with inventory, including raw products for manufacturing, 3rd party inbound and outbound, imports, and returned products.
  • Order raw and finished materials to maintain stock through purchasing agent.
  • Conduct physical searches to locate misclassified inventory.
  • Properly dispose of expired materials per company policies.
  • Oversee wall-to-wall inventory.
  • Receive goods in warehouse for accuracy and quality.
  • Instruct warehouse members to barcode and place in proper location.
  • Regularly review & maintain parts inventory reports, ensure all parts are traceable and stocking levels are established, review and revise as necessary for all parts in inventory.
  • Responsible for new locations and barcoding of material that has not been set up.
  • Process the transfer of materials between locations both systematically and physically to promote efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve any and all issues related to product quality, delivery, utilization and loss.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years minimum inventory control experience in manufacturing warehouse environment with a firm understanding of manufacturing production, materials and processes with strong ability and desire to learn more.
  • Ability to work both in office and warehouse environments. This position will be split between both.
  • Systematic, detail-oriented, highly organized.
  • A working knowledge of warehouse & manufacturing.
  • Experience in supply chain and inventory management.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications.
  • Possesses leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated achiever, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, consistently able to meet deadlines with flawless accuracy and minimum supervision.
  • Friendly and socially confident team player with a positive and respectful attitude with co-workers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, QuickBooks, ERP programs and the ability to learn new software programs. Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and decision-making skills.
  • Physically able to conduct physical product inventories which involve standing, walking, bending and reaching.

Job Type: Full-time 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Skills & Abilities:

  • Have knowledge & experience of woodworking machinery i.e. (panel saw, table saw, drill press, and chop saw, hand tools and power tools).
  • Experience with cutting wood to specified dimensions and measurements, (working experience / carpenter / trim).
  • Ability to read tape measure, scale, engineering drawings and shop orders.
  • Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks, walls and doors for elevator cabinets.
  • Apply technical skills and knowledge to cut elevator cabs (cabinet/walls) assemblies.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with other people inside the team.
  • Follow company safety protocols.

Accredited Home Elevator is currently seeking a highly motivated full-time Warehouse / Assembler Team Member. As an employee with Accredited Home Elevator, you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to handling a verity of daily tasks at our NJ based manufacturing facility located in Egg Harbor Township.

Assembly Applicants Responsibilities:

  • Work in a manufacturing and shop environment to perform mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Follow technical instructions and direction.
  • Interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
  • Once assemblies are learned, will be able to perform repeatedly.
  • Apply any stickers, labels, safety signs to completed assemblies.
  • Assemble fabricated parts to complete bill of material.
  • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production. 
  • Maintain the tools used to create products.
  • Keep a clean, safe and well-maintained workspace.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

  • Verify if items pulled for delivery are accurate.
  • Wrap, seal, label and load goods for delivery.
  • Move completed packages to the loading area.

As an employee with Accredited Home Elevator, you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to handling a verity of daily tasks at our NJ based manufacturing facility located in Egg Harbor Township.

Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of job duties:
Driver Requirements:

  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • You must have a minimum of 1+ years' experience driving a commercial vehicle (examples: cargo van, 20' box truck and or straight truck)
  • You must have a valid and clean driver's license and/or NO at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years (note: a CDL is NOT required)
  • You must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Must be able to stand, twist, bend, kneel and lift 75+ Lbs.

Delivery Team Responsibilities include:
  • Load and unload trucks at the warehouse and job site
  • Manage electronic device for delivery invoicing

Accredited Home Elevator, a growing residential elevator installation, manufacturing and service company, is seeking a full-time Service Sales Admin/Billing Clerk to join our Barnegat, New Jersey team. This individual will work closely with our sales, service and accounting teams in a fast-aced environment. If you are energetic, self-starter with outgoing personality and excellent computer skills, we would love to hear from you!

The chosen candidate will aid our service sales team in all administrative aspects of the administrative process within the service extended warranty and service plan sale/renewal. The position will have extensive customer interaction through phone calls and emails.

RESPONSIBLIITIES (not limited to):

Service Sales Admin:

  • Aiding service sales representative & service technicians in acquiring service plan contracts
  • Communicate with customers about new extended warranty & service plans and existing plan renewals
  • Back up to the service support team
  • Monthly reporting on billing and contracts won and lost
  • Contracts lost detailed reporting to include reasons for contracts not renewed
  • Documentation of processes and change of process as needed
  • Coordinating service contract document processes
  • Crease service sales reports
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Ad hoc support and reporting as needed

Billing Clerk:

  • Database entry (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus)
  • Daily billing into QuickBooks for service contracts; recurring payments, renewal estimates, charging credit cards and calling for expired credit cards.
  • Adhere to month end close billing schedule
  • Work with the accounting department to assure billing accuracy

SKILLS:

  • Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be willing to learn new computer systems and be computer savvy
  • General understanding of QuickBooks and accounting systems
  • Attention to detail a must
