  • Basic Drafting rules & Dimensioning.

INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR - Egg Harbor Township location

Job Description

Accredited Home Elevator is seeking an experienced full-time Inventory Control Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team in Egg Harbor Township NJ. In this role, you will be directly responsible for duties including inventory management, discrepancy resolution, inventory adjustment, barcode system, reporting and ordering products. Ideal candidate will work closely with our accounting team, manufacturing managers and warehouse team members in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for inventory management and database.
  • Determine minimum/maximum inventory levels based on historical and current data.
  • Utilize inventory management system to organize, assess and maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw and finished goods.
  • Issue re-order points for raw and finished goods.
  • Coordinate and assist with inventory physical and cycle counts, spot counts and month end reconciliation process, research any variances and authorized appropriate inventory adjustments.
  • Responsible for all data-entry associated with inventory, including raw products for manufacturing, 3rd party inbound and outbound, imports, and returned products.
  • Responsible for inventory management and database.
  • Utilize inventory management system to organize, assess and maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw and finished goods.
  • Set up and issue re-order points for raw and finished goods.
  • Order raw and finished materials to maintain stock.
  • Conduct physical searches in order to locate misclassified inventory.
  • Properly dispose of expired materials per company policies.
  • Oversee wall-to-wall inventory.
  • Regularly review & maintain parts inventory reports, ensure all parts are traceable and stocking levels are established, review and revise as necessary for all parts in inventory.
  • Process the transfer of materials between locations both systematically and physically to promote efficiency.
  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials in ERP system
  • Identify and resolve any and all issues related to product quality, delivery, utilization and loss.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 years minimum inventory control experience in manufacturing warehouse environment with a firm understanding of manufacturing production. materials and processes with strong ability and desire to learn more.
  • Ability to work both in office and warehouse environments. This position will be split between both.
  • Systematic, detail-oriented, highly organized.
  • A working knowledge of warehouse & manufacturing.
  • Experience in supply chain and inventory management.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications.
  • Possesses leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated achiever, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, consistently able to meet deadlines with flawless accuracy and minimum supervision.
  • Friendly and socially confident team player with a positive and respectful attitude with co-workers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, QuickBooks, ERP programs and the ability to learn new software programs. Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and decision-making skills.
  • Physically able to conduct physical product inventories which involve standing, walking, bending and reaching.

Salary & Commission:: $35,000 - $50,000
